Week 4 Self Study


This week I turned the demo scene from the tutorial into a small game. There are health pickups around the map and enemies that spawn every five seconds. Touching and enemy deals one damage, while touching a health pickup restores one health. When either you or an enemy dies and explosion is created, and a message is displayed when you die. (Note that the gameplay and death message do not appear centered in the gif, due to cropping intended to reduce the size of the gif. In the game these elements are centered).
